Extraits : This week's survey showed only a 14 percent chance of a housing market crash in the next year -- up slightly from a forecast of 10 percent in last quarter's poll in February -- with forecasts ranging from 2.5 to 25 percent. The majority of economists defined a crash as a sharp drop in prices of between 10 and 20 percent within a year.
