Paris est effectivement bien classé en 9ème position (avec un ratio prix/loyer de 32 ans !), et on voit même apparaître Munich et Tokyo (+85% de hausse pour Munich depuis 2009 !)
Par contre il manque des villes intéressantes comme Madrid, Dublin ou Bruxelles...
